Hand-harvested on the volcanic slopes of Lanzarote, including century-old vines, and aged 2 months on lees. Bright, with new-gold hues. Passion fruit, mango and pineapple, jasmine and orange blossom, and fennel underlining a mineral, saline character. Full-bodied and fresh, with integrated acidity and a long finish.
