Kalfaki Family

In the fertile valley of Skines, near Chania, the Kalfaki family farms olives, oranges, lemons and avocados in a mild microclimate of their own. Their extra virgin olive oil is pressed from Koroneiki and Tsounati olives grown on mountain soil, made the traditional way for the family table first.
