Fileri is a Greek name linked to the Moschofilero family of pink-skinned grapes, grown in the Peloponnese and on Cycladic islands such as Tinos. It makes dry white wines with fresh acidity and delicate floral and citrus aromas. It blends well with Assyrtiko, adding perfume to its structure.
