Monemvasia is a white grape of the Cyclades, grown above all on Paros. Its name recalls the old port of Monemvasia in the Peloponnese. It gives aromatic, medium-bodied whites with citrus and stone fruit, and on Paros it is also blended with the red Mandilaria.
