Novita means "news" in the Zakynthian dialect, a nod to the pioneering character of the rare local Goustolidi grape. Two months on lees. An intense nose of lemon flowers, citrus, bergamot, jasmine and white-fleshed fruit; balanced acidity and an oily texture on the palate. Keeps evolving in bottle for 5–7 years.
