From vineyards at the foot of Mount Vrachionas in Lagopodo, an area praised for its wine since Venetian times. Three months on lees, then 12 months in new French oak. Ripe red and black fruit, violet, vanilla, herbs and pepper, with soft oak. Complex and balanced, with well-crafted tannins and a long aftertaste. Ageing potential 7–9 years.
