Naturally sweet, from grapes sun-dried for 6 to 8 days and aged 36 months in oak. Amber colour and full body, with a complex nose ranging from cinnamon and cloves to dried apricots and raisins. The viscous palate is balanced by a fine thread of acidity; long, velvety aftertaste.
