Traditionally pressed the night after harvest, hence the name Nykteri ("staying up all night"). Clear lemon colour; jasmine, citrus, green apple and pear on a vanilla background. Dry, with crisp acidity balanced by delicate floral and fruity flavours; six months in French oak vats adds an elegant touch. Long, pleasant aftertaste.
