Malvasía Volcánica is the white grape of Lanzarote, grown in hollows dug into black volcanic ash and sheltered from the wind by low stone walls. Its wines are aromatic, with notes of white flowers, stone fruit and a saline finish. It is made dry, semi-sweet and sweet.
