Aidani

Aidani is a white grape of the Cyclades, grown on Santorini, Naxos and Paros. It gives softer, more perfumed wines than Assyrtiko, with floral notes of jasmine and white flowers and moderate acidity. On Santorini it is often blended with Assyrtiko, and it is one of the grapes used for the island's sun-dried sweet wine, Vinsanto.
